Cottonwood Campground, on the west side of the park, is along the banks of the Rio Grande, near Castolon and convenient to Santa Elena Canyon. There is potable water pit toilets, but no dumping station.

The Basin Campground, Is rugged and hilly, most sites are unsuitable for RVs. The main road to the basin has lots of curves, and a 15% grade. Trailers over 20 feet and RVs over 24 feet are discouraged.

Big Bend National Park, Has 3 developed campgrounds with paved access, all suitable for tent camping, trailers, and RVs: Rio Grande Village, Chisos Basin, and Cottonwood Campground. A campsite reservation system is available at www.ReserveUSA.com.

The Chisos Mountains Lodge & Cabins, Nestled in the high Chisos Mountains, the lodge features a restaurant, conveniences store and gift shop.

Maverick Ranch RV Park at Lajitas Resort full drive through and  hook ups, WiFi, bathrooms with private showers,  exercise room, pool, laundromat, indoor gathering space.

Lajitas House is a cozy vacation rental overlooking the Rio Grande nearby to Lajitas Resort amenities. Daily, weekly, and seasonal rates available.

Lajitas Casa Grande is a large four bedroom home in the resort community of Lajitas.   Lots of space for large families or groups.  Golf at Black Jack’s Crossing.   Between Big Bend National Park and Big Bend Ranch State Park.

BJ’s RV Park, Full hook-ups, showers laundry. Highway 170, 5 miles east of junction TX 118 and TX 170, just east of Terlingua Ghostown.

Leaping Lizard Guest House is a stone and adobe, off the grid guest house near Terlingua Ghostown. Leaping Lizard is the creation of a long time local artist, and her careful touch is reflected in the facility.

Terlingua House A well-appointed modern adobe structure with several bedrooms and a complete kitchen, just off Highway 170, west of the Ghostown, near Longdraw Pizza. It is ideal for families and small groups, and sleeps up to eight comfortably.

Villa Terlingua is a lovingly refurbished 90 year old limestone ruin within the Terlingua Ghost Town, offering short term rentals by the room or the entire house. The only home rental in the Ghost Town, it is an easy walk to dining and shopping.

Holiday Hotel was a guest accommodation during the boom days of the Chisos Mine and Terlingua Quicksilver District. today it is a lovingly restored, comfortable historic accommodation in the heart of downtown Terlingua.
