The Blas Payne has a spacious kitchen—just totally renovated in March 2015—a cozy living room with Dish TV, two bedrooms—one with queen bed and quite spacious and a 2nd bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with new slate tile shower and laundry facilities. There is a wonderful patio on the west side of the home—perfect for watching sunsets. The large yard is full of wildflowers, roses and a wide variety of cactus.
