The restaurant uses prime grade brisket sourced from trusted suppliers, along with St. Louis-style pork ribs, turkey breast, sausage, and their famous barbacoa that has become a regional legend.

The brisket is the star of the show, perfectly smoked with a mahogany bark that gives way to juicy, tender meat with the ideal balance of smoke and seasoning.
